My husband and I have been doing business for 2 years with this location. All of a sudden we can't get a title loan. My title has my husband's full name and my partial name due to spacing. All of a sudden it's unacceptable. They wanted to do a credit check on a collateral loan. This is unfortunate for both parties because they've lost a lot of business and we've lost our cushion in certain times of need. Sad situation for all.
