I came into the branch on April 30th around 3:30 to get some info and pay off my car. The teller 2335 is the one that helped me. She mention my other car loan was on Auto Payments. The bill comes due and goes into a late fee. Thank you Mission Fed!

Possibly the worst communication I've ever received from a business regarding money. Made me come back and forth from my house twice and misinformed me as to what documentation was necessary TWO TIMES. Three different people told me three different things and all three were wrong... odd..I expect competency from the companies I do business with, and this branch showed no such thing.
