Have been with Minnwest for over 10 years. One of the reasons we liked Minnwest was that they had consistent staff that always knew our names and our kids names and even what color sucker the kids preferred. Now it seems like every time we go there is a new teller we have never seen before. Hoping that they can get some consistent staff to stick around long enough to learn our names again.

Stopped in to get some change for a $100 bill. Wanted $5.00's for graduation gifts. They ask "do you have an account" Ah no, just want change. "Sorry no account, can't give you change"! Your a dam BANK YOU EXCHANGE MONEY! I didn't ask for change for a million dollars! Can't believe in this time of social media your bank would be so inconsiderate! Your ranking right up there with Wells Fargo! Trust me... I'll spread the word!

Minnwest is a great bank with exceptional customer service. They have all the conveniences of a large box bank but they know my name and who I am. I love banking here.

I've been with Minnwest Bank for years, and they've always treated me very well. However, about 2 months ago I decided to transfer my auto loan to Minnwest Bank. During this transfer, I had to sign multiple documents (most of which had old addresses, phone numbers, etc). I later had to go in and re-sign documents and was told all of the info would be updated and correct...it was not. This among other things has really turned me off to Minnwest Bank. I don't see me banking with them in the future.
