If you need a loan... Not here..I have good credit,100000 in home equity, motorcycle and mustang paid off.Great income .Military income...Plus owe farm land which I rent and still can’t get 8000.00. Next!!!!Place is terrible!

Very personable staff! Easy loan applications and approval. Much better option than mega-banks. Reviewers (Not the folks who had financial emergencies but the ones that offered no details) that have a negative experience probably were denied loans because of poor credit ratings. I would recommend this bank to anyone with average up to great credit.

Worst bank. Customer service is terrible. Manager Brad Scholl thinks hes top dog and was horrible. Had the crappiest attitude ever and made it feel like he's too good to help you. Tracy at the Cambridge location just as bad. Thank God I am closing with them and going to be done. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!We have had several problems with this bank including withdrawing funds from the ATM and the funds didn’t come out. Manager had to review cameras OVER THE WEEKEND to credit funds back. Also when we moved out state the account had a zero balance in checking and they reported 30 DAY LATE PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT BUREAUS!!!! They refuse to address or remove them! This bank in my opinion is the biggest mistake as far banking goes in the area along with US BANK ANDOVER BRANCH. Horrible experiences! Thanks! Robert H.

Agree with the poster Mark M 100% . I too had a pretty similar experience where I was endlessly hounded for a payment after never having been late before but experiencing a family emergency/illness which caused me to miss a lot of work. Minnco Andover's less than helpful manager could have cared less. Made it horrible for me and wouldn't work with me on anything. Years later I thought I would try to bank at the same place as my other family members and give them another shot but he turned down the application to open an account. Big shock (sarcasm)
