I just called and the lady was so rude. Wow what kind of low life business is this place? Happy to say I did not even waste my time going in and called in advanced. This whole area I'm Spokane has terrible customer service. Eww.

My fiance was quietly on the phone with customer service for our tv. We were in there looking for a purchase. No other customers except my sister him and myself. The lady behind the counter had an attitude with us and asked us if we needed help. Preceded to tell us that "he could take that conversation elsewhere" I have no idea where that came from but needless to say we left. Called later to voice complaint and was argued with. Never stepping foot in there again.

Was treated very poor at this pawn shop, took a gold ring there, got a loan for $40. A month later went back with the same ring to pawn it again they offered me $20 and said it was not the same ring the lady was so rude I am never going back up there again they cut my gold ring to where it doesn't weigh the same. Bad experience!!!!!! Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!

Decent selection ruined by terrible customer service. Has a mom and pop feel; pop is ok, but mom is a grouch. Places like Double Eagle are a better bet in regards to both selection and customer service.

I was looking for blue ray movies yesterday afternoon. The elderly employee did not make any effort to greet me. The selection was moderate, but the prices are too high for used movies.
