I'm a local business owner and need the website and check scanning to be functioning properly on a regular basis. The website consistently has problems or is not working at all. As I write this, the website is down again. The bank used to pick up my deposits everyday, but now as a "convenience" (cost cutting measure) installed a check scanner in my office. This device frequently doesn't work as it should and drives my receptionist crazy. The tech support people have found that it has problems with internet explorer updates (really!) Millington is a small bank trying to do big bank things and it's not working for me. Millington my patience is running thin. Get your act together or you'll lose this long time customer.
