My husband and I have completed several no closing cost mortgages with Skip Dyer. One was particularly challenging and we cannot say enough great things about Skip and Miller Lending. They are dependable, trust-worthy and are true to their word. I would highly recommend Skip an the team if you need a mortgage broker.

We are in the market to refinance and heard a Miller Lending commercial. I contacted the office, and spoke with Justin, who was courteous and professional. After some confusion with the quotes we received, Gordon Miller called me to explain the different scenarios - and answered all my questions. We are very comfortable trying to refinance with a local lender. You just don't see this level of customer service nowadays!

If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and a broker that wants the best for you...honestly, look no further. I spoke with Skip at Miller Lending and he spent time on the phone with me in regards to a refi- He answered all of my mortgage 101 questions and even though I called to refi, he suggested smarter ways in which to carry out a successful plan which saved me a ton of money and time. He was not out to do what was in the best interest of him or his company...but for me and my family. We would recommend Miller Lending and I will definitely use them again in the future.
