My husband and I tried for over a year to obtain a mortgage, but because of an ex-spouse short selling a previous home we got turned down over and over again. We had the money, we had the credit score, we had everything in line to purchase a home and due to the ex we kept getting turned down flat! That is, until we met David. My goodness this man is a miracle worker! Due to his commitment to our case we are now living in our dream home! I cannot ever say enough good things about him and Anne too! If you are looking to purchase a home you cannot get better than David and Anne at Millennial Home Loans!
