I thought banking with a small hometown bank would be good...wrong! They are not in the business to help their customers. Tried to get a small loan to pay off high interest medical credit card. I pay $200 to $250 per month. But here is the real frustrations, for 4 years I have had an automatic deposit of which they could automatically take the payment out each month. There reason for denying was debt to income ratio. I'm calling BS.
