MiLEND is by far the best and easiest company to use for a mortgage, I know from experience as I've moved around a bit and had to deal with the process a number of times. Working with Frank Williams and his team was exceptional, from start to finish they always followed up to be sure that the progress was running smoothly for me and kept me up to date on the progress of the loan. In addion their electronic process for signing documents and providing personal documents necessary for the loan was a breeze. When closing time came it was up to me where and when the final paperwork was to be signed, I chose to go into their local Alpharetta office. It was refreshing to walk into a nice office with welcoming people with great attitudes.
