Client Review on Midwest Pos Solutions

It saddens me to write this but we have been working with Midwest to put a new system in our stores and we where given a proposal to give them 50% down to start putting our system in. We went to do this and then they changed the deal and said they needed all of the money up front I said that is no problem however we need an agreement that if they do not deliver we would be paid $500 a day back till the problems are fixed or till we received our money back in full. They said no problem they would sign something like this. We had it drafted up and sent over also offered to change the dollar amount or dates to make sure that it would fit all parties involved. The owner then reneged on this again. It is fortunate that this happened before giving them thousands of dollars as it looks as if they break promises multiple times before the deal is done. I urge anyone looking at new POS systems that they do there homework and hold people accountable.Update 1/20/2018:We have gotten our Counterpoint POS software from another vendor and it is great. We are glad that we went with counterpoint pos and are enjoying the outcome so far. It is to bad that Midwest could not follow through.
