Website can use some improvements/updates. Its user friendly but seems dated. They are the mortgage provider used by my credit union, I have had no complaints or issues.

Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. Any reviews here above one star are paid shills. This fly by night operation is somehow contracted by our local credit union to handle their mortgages. We would have done our due diligence and researched Midwest had we not expected the same quality service we usually get from Clearview Federal Credit Union. After our realtor, their attorney, and another mortgage company fought to challenge Midwest's unethical practices for a week we switched to Union Home Mortgage's Allegheny branch in White Oak PA. . In the end we had to pay for another appraisal, extra fees, and another .4% in interest. All for the better since we found a more respectful firm to work with. Thank you Keith Wright.

LAURI KNEEBONE is an angel. Midwest is outstanding. I have a mortgage with Midwest as a first time buyer, so, needless to say, I wasn't familiar with all of the necessary documents that come with buying a house. I needed a copy of a form that I never received at settlement and Lauri was very helpful with explaining things and locating the document for me. High marks.

I have had two devastating floods in 3 years on my property. You really know your mortgage company is good when they work with you to get the property repaired (twice!) and are so efficient at every step. Additionally every single person I've dealt with at Midwest has been kind, compassionate and so, so nice throughout this process. Good people! Hats off to all of them

This company is extremely difficult to work with. I have had issues with lost payments, delays in insurance claims and information, along with a bunch of hidden processing free when things like your escrow changes. I would not recommend getting a loan with them.
