won't even give it one star. This place is dirty. They take no pride in any of the things they sell, otherwise they would clean up their items and store. Items are overpriced and half the time they can't find the remotes that work with the items. I just turned around and walked out. Don't waste your time here.

They have some overpriced stuff in there. I have seen TVs priced for about the same as you can get at Walmart. One worker tried to sell me a “smart” tv that wasn’t smart at all. I went to Best Buy and got a smart tv for the same price and she was offering. No thank you. Also, I have been in there and the staff was rude to me for no reason other than that I laughed a little when he told me a riding mower was $900. Again, they can be bought new for that much. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I love finding Black Hills Gold jewelry here! The lay away plan is awesome! Also after removing my ring to try a ring from the case on, I forgot to put my ring back on ... The staff found my ring on the glass case quickly and the manager kept it for me... Honesty, good habits and policies saved my ring. I had given that ring to my mom and she had given it back to me so it's very precious to me. Thank you everyone at Midwest Cash!

I walked in just curious to see how much I can get for a Sony 40 inch 4k smart tv and immediately walked right out after the young lady smirked at me and said 75$. Retail price is listed about $380 - 475. Seems like that number was pulled from the behind.

Always get turned away from the same racist black man who works there no matter what I bring in.I will no longer waste my time here.I recommend not wasting your time if your in line and your next to be waited on by the racist black man he won't take what you have no matter how much it's worth.

I literally bought all of my kids gaming equipment from there, bikes, TVs, Blu-ray players, I have literally spent thousands of dollars there within a two-year time frame. His service is extremely horrible. Best assistant manager was literally asking his employees on how to do things there is a employee named Aaron that literally looked at me after I asked him what his name was because I was going to give him a good review because he was nice oh, but then he put his hands up and he leans over the counter and says ma'am I am actually having a good day and I would like to continue to have one so you need to stop with your attitude I said what are you talkin about all I did was ask for your name so I can do a review then he backed up and said I don't have to take this and I refuse to wait on you literally something is wrong. Last year I would walk in the door and I would be greeted by name the service was great and for whatever reasoning on y certain people are now working there is it my business but the company needs to know that they are dragging your company to the ground. Right in front of you they whisper in each others ears what type of customer service is this I used to think Aaron was a good employee I was actually writing a good review about him then I put my phone down and now I'm not writing a good review about the whole company

Not a positive experience. It was very dirty. A Sales clerk was eating a fast food cheeseburger while processing another person's order. Having a sales person trying to belittle a person because he was a Trump fan. Not very transparent, had their back turned to me the whole time and were whispering back and forth. Also, it took 30 minutes to verify something was real to only be offered pennies. Took my item to tj's jewelry and he paid 3x what midwest offered and I was in the store for less than five minutes. He was also very transparent. Would not recommend and won't go back.
