We refinanced our home with Midland Mortgage. Becky Thompson was the lending officer we chose and dealt with. The whole experience was a pleasure. The process was quick and efficient. Becky was super. She made everything run like clock work. She returned all our phone calls and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Becky and Midland to anyone needing a mortgage or refi.

Becky Thompson helped us so much throughout the whole process of getting a loan to build. She was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and always had time to talk when I had questions. If you keep all of your paperwork together when documents are requested, you won't have a problem if something is requested more than once. I would use Becky again!

Stay away from Becky at Midlands. She doesn't know her business and will give you misleading information and then tell you ' I didn't know'.

Though we did get off to a rocky start, I will say that I'm more than pleased with my experience. Gina and Pam were such blessing to my husband and I. The closing date never had to be moved. And I even received money at closing.

Jane Hall (my loan officer) was great! Not only did she offer prompt, thorough, and customer-friendly service, she found a way to cut my monthly payment down to less than half! Yes. Less than half! Jane was quick to let me know what I needed and when I needed it. We did not run into any snags, got the appraisal done quickly, and closed in "no-time"! I've already recommended her to everyone and plan to use her services for future transactions, because I KNOW I'll get the *star* treatment!

Jeffery Johnson assisted us with our most recent move and this was the easiest mortgage process we have encountered. All files were electronic submissions between us the him. His staff was very professional in communication between us, our realtor and attorneys for closing. If we move again, Jeffery and Midland Mortgage will be our first call after our realtor!! Great experience!!
