Client Review on Midfirst Bank

Feedback:

This location needs to train the tellers at the drive thru window on how to read and understand a deposit slip. We used the window a few weeks ago and I had to ask for the cash that I clearly wanted held out from the deposit. Made another deposit today and the 2 tellers that were at the window today were rude and bothered by our presence. We have banked at Midfirst for almost 18 years and I have never been treated the way I was today at this location. Will go to another location for a while until this location can remember what customer service is about.
