Great place to do business. Staff are great people and very friendly. Very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I have done business here several times and the prices on items are very competitive. Will continue to do business with them.

I called today and spoke with Quentin about a revolver listed on gunbroker. Even with with the shop full of people I could hear in the background, he was courteous and took time to answer my questions fully. He was also very honest about the the concerns I had with the listing. Seems like helpful, honest folks that I would enjoy doing business with.

Recently just bought a firearm. The process was very easy. When I went in I was greeted right away and told me if I had questions let them know, so I felt no rush at all. Once I decided what to purchase, just had to fill out the background information. I was in and out with a new firearm within 20 minutes. Oh and also the best price I could find anywhere in Murfreesboro. Definitely would recommend.

The first time I saw this place they had thrown something hilarious on the sign. I knew these were my kind of people. I walked in and was greeted warmly and professionally. I Have gotten to know them very well and will always shop there. Anyone claiming that any of the employees are rude are fake news and probably a Russian bot of some sort. I think one of the guys there carries his gun on a fanny pack of old Cheetos, but that's not my business. Stand up guy, though. You should shop here.

Mr. Nacho is a firm believer in customer service. I serve my customers with the same respect that I expect in return when I step foot into another business. I am also a pawn shopaholic. Every Saturday I load Mrs. Nacho up and we set out to see what deals we can find. She loves to read the reviews about each store before we walk in. We didn’t walk into your store. To be honest this is the only store we didn’t visit in Murfreesboro. If you reply to your reviews by apologizing and then belittling your customers, what makes you think anyone would want to do business with you face to face. It’s like you had a pissed off teenager handle the replies to your Google reviews. I know the symptoms because Nacho Jr. was a pissed off teen, until one day I had him take a long look in the mirror and confront the person he needed to change. Do you know what he saw after he talked to the person in the mirror??? Mr. Nacho standing behind him with a belt raised and ready to leave my signature mark on Jr’s backside. I usually don’t consult for free but I feel that my advice is needed here. If you as an owner reply to these reviews, stop. If you have an employee replying to them then terminate them. Mr. Nacho does not approve of this business and would like to give it -10 stars without even stepping a foot inside.

A response to your response....You missed the whole entire point!!! i said she was rude because she didn't allow me finish my sentence before telling me you couldn't accept my item. She interrupted me while I was still talking. Had nothing do with you not accepting my item. So.... Cursing out your employees...??? Childish behavior...??? I'm laughing now! Your listening skills are blocked!!! I didn't curse at no one. I turned around and said have a nice day. Play your surveillance cameras back and take a good listen. I typically could care less about what your employees do for you but what I do care about is how they communicate with the public. Don't interrupt customers while they are still talking. I'm done. Have a blessed New Year.Just left this doom & gloom place 15 mins ago. There was this mean miserable girl in there with long brown hair pulled back into a ponytail & wearing glasses that didn't even allow me to finish my sentence when I asked if they accepted window air conditioning units. Very rude!! Not my fault she was late to work & had to show up the day after Christmas. With that funky attitude I guess the Grinch stole her Christmas. Yeah....do you remember me now??? Since Superpawn referred me there, I'm calling them back to tell them to NEVER refer another customer to Mid Tenn pawn again.
