If you want the absolute worst customer service, look no further because this the branch for you. They offer piss poor service such as treating you as an inconvience to the staff, refusing service if it doesn't suit them, having the open sign on to the drive through then refusing to help you after watching you wait patiently for service and making up ridiculous lies to get around helping you. That's right they're ok with lying.. not even worth further rant, long story short they suck

They've really bent over backwards to help me achieve my personal financial goals, both long-term and short notice jams. Their web UI needs to be modernized, but the outstanding way they've treated me as a customer outweighs it.

After having a very difficult divorce situation involving property we had a loan on, Dena (spelling might be incorrect) was less than helpful nor sensitive.

I was denied a business checking account because of only one mark against my personal credit score, then they send me a letter telling me that I was denied for a loan. How disorganized can a credit union be?! Even if I had $30 million dollars, I wouldn't stick one red nickle into their accounting service after the way I was treated here. Lynn is someone I would never deal with again- personally or professionally. She is so used to being nasty to business customers. You can tell just by glancing at her face that the look is stuck. Not everyone here is an awful person, but this branch let one of its minions turn away my money- and that says all I need to know.
