Feedback:

They’re the worst, the two female tellers are unprofessional one Hispanic and the other a fair skinned Indian female. The male Indian manager is a asinine, unprofessional yutz... Don’t go by this bank unless you want to be mistreated as a customer.... They need to get rid of these idiotic people and hire real professionals, instead of two bit hired help. Really disgusting.... I could say more but then it turn into me saying things on a very volgure note stay away if smart.

Feedback:

Never enough teller the wait is way too long. The staff/teller are very friendly and try there best. Avoid Fridays and Saturdays if you are in a hurry always only two teller on busy day and one of the two are working the window. Don't go if your intentions is to go in and right back out.....

Good grief. This is the most inefficient company I have ever encountered. It’s like they are stuck in 1975. You have to go through three different departments to get anything done, and none of them can communicate with each other. One rep didn’t know Serbia was a country. Avoid this bank line the MAFCU

I don't why so many people give less 5 stars for this bank. I absolutely LOVE this bank! They know me by name and also super friendly especially Ken and Gaby. There was time I had suspicious activity on my account before I wasn't even aware of it yet and they called me right away to verify it. When I told I didn't authorize it they were on it right away and got my money refunded right away. I have nothing bad say about this place! Keep up great work!

First of all, please know that my very negative review applies to MAFCU as a bank, not to Quince Orchard or any other particular branch. The people I've dealt with in person have always been friendly and helpful.But, when I asked this bank for a mortgage quote, they did not even bother to reply, and when I tried to use their Visa card overseas, they declined it. This is _not_ a full-service bank, whatever their advertising may say, and therefore I cannot recommend it.

It took the branch manager 4 times to fill out wire transfer paperwork correctly. One banker and two tellers working on a Saturday. Waited a half hour.

They suck!!!!!!!! You're unable to cash a check written to you from a member unless you're a member. That is ridiculous!
