NEVER, EVER buy from the Microsoft store ! I ordered windows 10 ten days ago and paid for it, but since then I haven’t received any news despite repeated calls to their customer service. No confirmation email, no explanations, the order is simply pending and nobody can’t tell me why ! I can’t even cancel the order, I can just sit and wait and keep wasting my time talking with totally incompetent and unprofessional employees. I will never use their store again and strongly encourage you to do the same. Very, very bad !
