Although they were very helpful when I opened my account, the questions they asked were very very invasive all because they claim its dictated AMLA (Anti Money Laundering Act) but these people don't know how to screen people without being invasive. I had to give in or else i wouldnt have been able to open an account. I also hate the fact the throughly screened an employee applying for a payroll account and give rich people the pass. I mean of the two who would actually be in a position to launder money?!?

Worst Metrobank branch ever. Almost waited for 30 mins. The tellers are very slow. They proiritize the other customer even if they do not have transaction. If you planning to do your bank transaction here better to find other branches. Worst metrobank branch EVER
