Musty room; AC barely worked; front desk staff not friendly

I always stay here. But this last visit , my room smelled of roach spray. And the visit before that I did find a roach in the bathroom. Which was surprising because Ive been staying here for the last few years when in town.

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay near the beltway. The hotel could use some updates, but it was clean and a very good value for the price. Plus, you cant beat free parking and free breakfast!

The staff was great even for a very late check in. We ended up staying another night because of the shuttle service to the Metro for DC and Alexandria. It was clean and IHop is next door lol. They have a bar in the hotel and a small menu for food. Restaurants around deliver as well.
