I went in today to sell a gold ring and the employees are super respectful and gave me a really fair price. I'm definitely going there to sell my spare jewelry and to buy ps4 games for cheap... Like between 17$ and $40 for games. Psn is selling e-copies of the same games for 60$.

When i hear someone ask about a pawn shop i suggest metro pawn they are vary friendly and helpful and i have been going to metro pawn for years and get treated varry good every time

The first time I've been to Metro Pawn & Loan..as with any pawnshop you will think some items are high other not. This pawnshop has great customer service and who I presume is the owner is a good guy. I would highly recommend this pawnshop to anyone looking for a good deal with knowledgeable staff, not to mention friendly. I will definitely be a return customer. Keep up the good no great work guys..

PLEASE READ!!!Not only did they give me a fair loan, I blew a tire on their parking lot. They helped me for an hour. They had the tools to help (jack, drill), which I didn't have. My donut had a hole in it too. They put air in it and guided me where to go to get it fixed. Always friendly, but this time, they went above and beyond for sure. I would've been screwed for sure. They have a new customer for life. Thanks so much guys!UPDATE 7 MONTHS LATER: I had yet another great experience going to Metro Pawn.I bought a weed whacker as a Christmas gift in December. We didn't test it out at the time of purchase because I trust Dave, and he told me to bring it back if it didn't work. Recently I tried to use it for the first time and it didn't work. It was my fault, not realizing that I needed the 2-cycle mixed with gasoline. I brought it in and Dave pointed out my mistake. He used his own gas/oil to unclog the oil I already worked into the engine and he got it to work. Dave and his guys are so helpful and are always willing to help me out. Thanks again guys.

I love this pawn shop if you want a mix of classic stuff and newer stuff, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store, the employees are great to work with, and the overall performance is outstanding -- I am not an employee to hateful customers writing reviews with false information

So this guy, i walk in pay some of my bill turn around get 75 cents back, tho it isn't much but what place does this? None. No bad vibes, honest America truly. Rock on and( terminator voice"I'll be back") you guys are awesome. Your spider is not tho ha ha ha
