I Love metro loans they have good customer service and make sure I leave happy every time . I usually go to get my jewelry cleaned but whenever I see something I like they give me a good deal . Prices are always affordable

I’m from NYC first time I walked into this place I was never greeted. The lady that runs the place kept watching me as if I was going to steal out her store. When asked to see a laptop she took about 20 min before showing me... laptop was over priced & her attitude is funky ... I will never spend money here. I can see a courrupt business from a mile away.

Horrible! I just bought 400$ pair of earrings, the lady that runs the place looked at my diamond with her magnifying glass and failed to tell me they glued the diamonds onto the gold studs ... dropping the value of the earrings! I asked her about it and she literally offered me to pay more to get them fix or theres nothing I can do about it. I was a loyal customer with metro loan but it seems like they are trying to cheat people out of money. I will never come back to this place and I'm also calling the news to investigate their jewelry! Smh ... Buffalo NY filled with cheaters and crime ... even at your local business.
