Client Review on Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union

Feedback:

So went to deposit money and the ATM still is working. It been probably a month. So I walk in and 3 tellers. One busy other two doing nothing. I wait wait wait then finally a “can I help you”. You can tell immediately she does not want to be there on a Saturday morning. Doesn’t say hello , good morning, a smile , NOTHING. I ask her what’s up with the ATM she says they’ll get to it when they can. She snatched my ID and Debit Card. Pretty much throws it back to me. Then not even a have a good day a nice day smile nothing. I cannot have a bank that’s not pleasant and I will be calling the branch manager to have them explain to me why I should keep them as my bank when I don’t even want to walk in there with tellers soooo RUDE
