The absolute worst. Terrible customer service, they're scammers. They too many hidden clauses its pointless to sign a contract with them because they make up their own rules. Dont do business with them. You might as well trust your money with panhandlers.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the tail end of my experience with Meritcard. I have sent about 15+ emails and called half a dozen times to get clarification on a charge that was made to my account. I simply asked for documentation that I signed where I agreed to such charge and they have been radio silent after stating they would send me such documentation. Totally bummed after 4+ years of using them. If I agreed to it, all good. I would accept it, but right now it just seems like a fraudulent charge. Would have totally recommended or used them again for future business endeavors but now, I would say stay away. Personal opinion.
