My husband signed up for this service against my advice. Why would you pay $30/month when you can use PayPal or Square for no monthly charge? He canceled it in March and they stopped charging us. He was killed in a car accident in July and they sent charges through in August and September. I called them and they were from a customer wanting a refund. Fine, but that needs to come from his estate, not from my personal account. They said that they can't make any changes unless THE ACCOUNT HOLDER asks for them. The account holder is DEAD! They kept repeating the same thing. They would not contact my husband's estate because they said HE would have had to tell them to do that. Seriously??? He did not know ahead of time that he was going to die. Also, when I first called, the first person I spoke with had no trouble finding the account, but she couldn't help me. The person she transferred me to had a lot of trouble finding the account. When you're waiting on hold (for a long time), it says to press one and they'll call you back ... but nothing happens. The music just continues. DO NOT sign up for this company. It's a rip off, and they insist on dealing with dead people.

Less than a month ago, I check to see if this company would be a good fit for me. They're not! Stay away from this company. They have terrible customer service! The worst! I was billed without permission, FRAUD ALERT!!! I called back to speak to the guy who assisted me initially... He was horrible! He was a jerk! Smug, unprofessional, lying creep!

I have to agree that the customer service for Merchants' Choice is truly awful. I had one very simple question and it took me calling back 3 times and being connected to 2-3 different departments before I could get the simple question of whether they sell credit card swipers answered. Ridiculous!

I have been using Choice for only two months my account/business is on hold they have not urgency to call me back. They have made more money off me from there high fee's and rates' than my business has. They have the worst customer service in the world! Do not use them!

If there is a zero star i will give it to this company,they are a bunch of thieve,they will tell you one thing and they charge you for different thing Every 3 months they come up with a new fee , they have access to my account they withdraw the money without my authorization. stay away please.

Fraud Alert!They sent an email which offered their services, and in fine print at the bottom it said that in order to "Opt Out" we could call their 800 number.WRONG! You don't get to charge me simply because you sent me an email. I can't believe Woodforest National Bank allowed this. I never "Opted In", so I should have never been charged. Illegal!

Merchant Choice is the most racist place ever! Stay away! Paysafe should really look into clearing the place of all the merchant choice management. The problem lies with upper management and HR. Zero stars!
