Very rude secretary. Mishandled my account and months after it's closed they are still billing me. I was misinformed by this company multiple times then rudely told after their mistake that I wouldn't be getting a refund despite it being their fault. Not sure if this is how they treat all customers or just ones they are no longer working with, either way it reflects on how they do business.
