Josh called our company this morning and when I politely said I was not interested he rudely snapped back with “did you not just hear what I said”. I’m not sure the training process with your reps but customer service must be low on the list. He called our company reservation line in which we cannot hold up during our current peak season. Had he been more understanding I may have considered continuing the conversation at a future time however, after the way he handled the first contact with our company, I would not recommend this corporation to anyone.
