I have had a few issues with them regarding my credit card terminal. But they were upfront about everything and they even paid my cancellation fee for my previous processor. I have referred over 10 different businesses in my plaza and they are all satisfied!

I really like their POS system because they have support in Spanish and Portuguese .. secondly i found out they were 10X cheaper than my previous processing company. They saved me over $300. and lastly they have been really nice whenever we needed anything. I would recommend anyone for their processing services and then their POS software systems.

Simply put i like my rep, he is always upfront about everything im going to get charged for and he answers his phone when i need him.. I've never dealt with a Local company as i used to process with my Bank for 15 years. But, I am very pleased with these guys and soon im going to open my second location thanks to them. Thank you!!

Very poor customer service. You can hardly understand what they are saying because of the language barrier. Also they are not properly trained. This company has the worst customer support I have ever encountered.

constantly run into system problems with no ending sight. software design is very poor with features and functionalities are not working together well. customer support is clueless and incompetent. Not a reliable system and not reliable partner
