We are a small business in Kentucky. We received a call today from this company. The person on the phone said that it is time to review our credit card merchant account, as if he was with our current processor.We asked who he was and what company he is with, figuring it was a sales call. He identified himself and said he is with Merchant Services (sidenote: cheap trick to use a generic name that can fool anybody into thinking you're with the merchant services department for whatever credit card company they may use.)We immediately told him we're not interested and hung up.The man called back and aggressively asked why we hung up on him and insisted we needed to setup a review for our account. We asked for his supervisor. The supervisor fed us the same line - they're calling because it's time to review our merchant account, again trying to make it seem like they are representatives from our current provider.We asked where they are located. The supervisor hesitated, then said they are in California. We told them again we are not interested in their services and told them not to call back.The supervisor persisted, asking us for our volume of credit card sales. We hung up on her.To say this company is shady and has poor business practices is being entirely too kind. Their behavior comes across as fraudulent. Don't give them a minute of your time.

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM!! I was pitched the same way as the other customers.....“They told me they were the "parent company" of my credit card processing company and that we over paid.”.......only I was dumb enough to fall for it. I wished I had looked them up before signing anything three years ago. I stuck it out with them and tried to finish out the 3 year contract but still got slammed with a early termination fee. Their agents misinformed me on my contract end date and I have to bear the costs. It’s a shame they care more about $$ than relationships. Learn from my mistakes and don’t fall for their traps.

This company will nickle and dime you to death. Their rates aren't any lower than any other company's. I would suggest staying away from this company! Their business practices are unethical. They charged us higher rates than what was on our contract and every time I turn around they're adding another annual fee!

This merchant is the worst processor I have ever used.They added on many extra fee's accumulating to hundreds of extra dollars each month without giving any extra service. These charges were not posted notified or granted permission for.DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!! It took me years to get out of an agreement which seemed like a great deal to start but with all of the added fees, became the WORST!

Our sales rep lied to us that we would be charged 10 cents per swipe. When the bill came and it was twenty cents per swipe, he started mailing us a monthly check to cover the difference. I was promised special rates, but with additional equipment leasing and a $26/month Clover app fee I do not use or want, my fees cost more than Square. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
