We had our ups and downs.Trying to leave this company was next to impossible. My contact was due to expire in three months so I sent them a registered return receipt letter informing them that I would not be renewing my contract. They claimed that they never got it, even though I have the employees signature. So I filled out their paperwork and faxed it to them which again they said they did not receive.. meanwhile they were charging me the $15 supply fee each month. Finally they said my account was closed but they still continued to debit my account for November, December, andJanuary. .After talking to three different people there about the refund I just figured they were not going to reimburse me. And to date they haven’t.I
