The worst wait times to customer support. I am writing this review now while I am on hold 33 minutes and 45 seconds

Wait time for tech support is horrible! Do not press 1 to be called back, because they will never call back...then your on hold again for another day!

Terrible wait times, the call back is a nice idea, only it takes hours or days. Have to consntly repeat myself, theyguys all sound the same, hard to understand and have no clue what I am talking about. Constant transfers with excessice waits or hangups, then have to start all over. I hope they understand that they are not the only processor.

They are so slow. There is absolutely no reason for me to be on hold for over 30 minutes. They need more employees to answer the phone.

Tried calling their 24-hour line repeatedly for over 24 hours. No answers. No callbacks. Utterly worthless.

Longest wait time ever, usually upwards of 45 minutes. However, the staff is nice.

Chuma either flat out didnt show up or was late to every appointment we had with him. I say 'every' because he messed up the hard wood floor refinishing project so bad the first time he has had to come back several more times. The floors are still in horrible shape! I am generally a very patient and understanding person, but their 'refinishing skills' really are questionable. I wish that we just left our old floors as they were......

Merchant link is the worst company in the history of business. It creates so much extra hassle and wastes so much time for issues that shouldn’t be a problem. I consistently get put on hold for hours (yes multiple hours) any time we have an issue. They save no time like they claim, they only make life harder.

Merchant link is the most repulsive company I've ever come to know. My workplace has to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to get them to answer and do their job. They're severely understaffed, or they sit around making bets on how long we'll actually wait on hold before we rott where we stand, listening to their awful hold music.
