Feedback:

Good merchant, feel so relax when being a partner with them

Feedback:

Check your statements because this company will charge you when you didn't authorize them.

Feedback:

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! phone service, over 8HRS trying to get ahold of a rep and nothing. Call back option, no one will call you back. Pathetic

Feedback:

Absolutely Horrible company to deal with. Good luck trying to cancel , I had 2 lines on HOLD for over an hour and a 1/2 trying to reach the cancellation dept. BEWARE of this company STAY AWAY. They are scam artist. Still waiting till this day for a return call from there cancellation dept. Its been over a month

Feedback:

This company is a scam. I had a very similar experience like others. Lots of phone calls in the beginning to sell me the service. Promised no hidden fees. Once I signed up I started seeing all kinds of charges on my account. You call and get on hold for a long time. Emailed and called my sales person, he never got back to me. Once you get through, they tell you that the charges are legitimate. Upon reviewing my agreement, they splash a whole bunch of percentages on there without specifying what they are for. I am disputing the charges with my bank and pursuing legal action. This company is a scam, scam, scam. Do not sign up with them.

Feedback:

Unable to reach company to discuss any issues. Placed on indefinite hold for 2 days before giving up.

Feedback:

Total scam, lied to me and said there weren't any monthly fees, sent my equipment back and they are still charging my account after 2 months.won't answer the phone, just rings and rings.Run from these people, or it will cost you!

Feedback:

Zero Stars! Did not provide services and equipment as promised. After several phone calls and emails with service and support, we couldn't get charges to go through, so they suggested running a "test" charge (which they did on their side), stating they needed to do so to "activate" our account - that's where they got us. Never delivered the Terminal (which is what we needed). They keep billing us for this "test" transaction and have sent it to a collection agency. We were advised to dispute and refuse to pay and warn them not to report as bad debt to any credit agencies; otherwise, we will take legal action.

Feedback:

I don't think they even deserve a 1 star. Very pushy company and false info. I signed up and gave them all the paperwork they needed and asked for right then. I was told to go ahead and start making transactions so I did. The money never got forwarded into my account so I called and they said insufficient paperwork and needed more. They took the fees for the transactions out of my account but sure won't deposit money without more paperwork. Explain that!!! I fought with them for 1 month and cancelled them and they still took money out of account so I had to call my bank and stop payment with them along with disputing charges. Got all money refunded. Oh and they told me the people that signed me up are no longer with them. Imagine that. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!

Feedback:

I really wish I could give them a good review. I wanted a good merchant service. No hidden fees no hassle etc.But here is my experience with them. First, their sales team is pushy. I was getting calls 3-4 times a day. I worked with Damien. When I had a problem, I emailed him and I didn't hear back from him. I was with square and he convinced me that they would save me some money since square charges 2.75% and they charge 1.39%+.10 cent per transaction. He was running the numbers on his calculator and reassured me that all the bad reviews were result of another company with similar name. So I reluctantly decided to give them a try. After 30 days, I've got a $47.26 charge on my bank account even after they were deducting some fees from my sales which was about about $27 . I knew there were monthly fee , PCI fee and monthly min sales of $15. But what I didn't know was that they have tiered rates of Qualified rate (basically your bank debit card); Mid qualified rate and Non qualified rates ( cards with any rewards or corp cards) on top of the 1.39%. Almost all my sales were considered non qualified. So they have charged me 1.39%+1.50% + .10 cents for each transaction. Overall when I add up everything, I ended up paying them 3.8% of my sales. I've talked to one of their Rep Dona. She was basically saying next month I might get more of the qualified cards. But everyone I know uses their rewards cards. The bottom line is I guess it could be cheaper if all of your clients use their debit cards, not their credit cards. I am going back to Square. At least I know exactly what I am paying and no surprises.Update: They have charged my bank account 2 more times, since I cancelled my services with them. They offered to give me a refund back. When I didn't see the refund, I called again to ask. But here is the funny part, the supervisor said they couldn't give me a refund, because I wasn't going to change my google review. So that kinda explains all the fake reviews.
