This is Joi Muratore writing the review; your e-mail was addressed to Paul, so just want to clarify. I brought in my ML 350 for the A-3 service on September 5th. The team working at Golden’s Bridge Mercedes is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Each time I have brought in my car to be serviced or looked at, I have always been very happy with the the assistance I’ve received. Special thanks to Bill Thompson, who assisted me with scheduling, arranging for a loaner, and for answering all of my questions; he could not have been more helpful. Mercedes makes excellent autos, and the employees working for you embody the high standards Mercedes is known for. Keep up the great work!

I purchased my CPO Mercedes Benz C300 from Goldens Bridge MB and I am so pleased with both the dealership and the car. I contacted Victor Varga the salesperson about the car and he was very quick to respond to both my calls and emails. There was actually a typo on the GBMB website regarding the finance rate and Victor saw to it that I received the better rate even though it was an error. I do live 4.5 hours away and was a bit apprehensive about buying the car site unseen and without meeting the salesman in person butI am happy to say the car and the dealership are both awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend both Victor and Golden’s Bridge Mercedes to my Family and my Friends.

It is always a stressful time for me when my car needs repairs. I must say that Bill my service manager is just the nicest person. He always keeps me informed as to the repairs, costs and when I can get my car back. It is worth the 1 hour drive from Connecticut for the excellent service you provide. Thanks Marge

I've bought a lot of cars since getting my driver's license over 40 years ago so I know something about dealing with dealerships. Last week I purchased a 2020 GLE from Mercedes Benz of Golden's Bridge. It was the most seamless, professional experience I've ever had. Al Libby helped with the sale, he's a true gentleman. From trading in my car until I drove the new car home, everyone couldn't have been more polite and helpful. No pressure tactics or games. My father's actually on his way to buy a new car from them. As for me, I'm looking forward to the day I have to deal with them again. Wish that there were more than 5 star's, they deserve it!
