I been there a lot of times and the customer service was great all the time, also use the drive thru and was fast and nice, they explain to me, that the front door is closed for security , too close to the avenue. you have to go thru the security inside the building, is ok for me, I understand . Small Bank great customer service, very polite personnel, always a smile for you, this is very good for me, in my opinion, If someone feel mistreated here, please go to bank of America, and you going to realty feel a BAD customer service, same way write a review there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and useless staff. How come I have to walk out and drive 30 minutes in traffic to the Coral Gables branch because no one in Biscayne didn't help me. Actually, I thought it was closed because literally no even a single employee was outside. They don't have manners and treat you with irony. They're a whole bunch of slackers.
