Awful experience! I have had accounts with this bank for over 10 years. I seldom use my debit card on this account. An unauthorized payment kept trying to post to my account the bank did not pay it but charged me 3 overdraft fees just for them trying. This left my account In the negative 80 dollars, which if I would have known about it I would have paid it, like I said no reason to check I hadn't used it. I go in to do the whatever loan that I do every year and the lady tells me I have to pay this 80 dollars first. Okay so I pay it. Go back in to do loan and then she tells me they closed my checking account yesterday which I must have to qualify for the loan! Are you Fricken serious I say to the lady. I ask why I was not notified by phone, mail, nothing. she said they sent the letter the day before which I won't even receive for another day yet they already closed it?! The lady said I should check my balance and there was nothing she could do she was rude and unprofessional. 10 years! All my loans are at this bank! Not to mention the negative balance was their overdraft fees for which they never even paid anything! Also no notice and then hide the fact they already closed my account to take my money and refuse me the loan which was my rent money which I was fine with being I was under the impression I was getting the loan like I have every year for years with no issues so I would still have been able to pay my bills and have the money for Christmas. Nope! Then they refused to open a new account for me! Be ware Do not use this bank! This is how they treat loyal long time customers. I left the bank in tears!!!!!

The times are bad and not helpful when there are so many other jobs are 9am to 5pm so people can't come to the bank.

Been with MFCU for years! Always have the most helpful people. Wouldn't even think of switching. Had someone put my account # on their autopay bill. They tried to take the money from an account I seldom use (so there was not money). I was charged an overdraft fee and even though I didn't catch it right away, when I did catch it, I went in and they reversed the fee and investigated to see what happened. Hasn't happened again since. Thank you MFCU for being GREAT and HELPFUL

Poor service after their ownership changed hands. Many of the benefits of having an account there versus a bank disappeared. They added many fees.

Very poor service especially their mortgage dept. Lack of training as evidenced by having to send info twice,failure to return phone calls, failed to let me know of something needed in a timely manner so now my closing is delayed again
