Would give it 5, however the drive thru time is a bit slow at the Dartmouth Branch. It shouldn’t take 10-15 min. Other than that, No complaints.

I love Max, he explains everything perfectly for me, remembers me and is super nice. I took my friend to get started with an account and she felt super comfortable, hes a great employee.

Staff is friendly, but all the hidden fees & surprise repercussions for things nobody tells you about make it an awful Credit Union.. I had an account with a different Credit Union in a different town & never had to deal with nonsense like I have here.. Glad to be done.. No more surprises for me, thank you.
