Worst bank to get, I’m always having problems with my account

Don’t try to call and think you’re going to be able to speak to an actual person. Was just on hold for over 10 minutes and never talked to anyone. I will be emailing about my ‘in store’ experience as well, which was NOT pleasant.

Slow, rude, understaffed & insane “rules”... do yourself a favor and go back to traditional banking. Worst banking experience of my life.
