Horrible bank and service! Manager Cathy at the branch, very poor customer service and Amy the teller pretty much insulted my mom and sister. On numerous time they see that my mother speaks very little english and always take advantage of her. Every wire transfer we ever made they NEVER gave us a receipt for the transaction. We got 2-3 people at home counting the money 3 times everytime we deposit or transfer large amount of money and everytime she get there they always say that she 100-200 short of the amount. Yet, they dont have a money counting machine on site. Very unsatisfy with their service and will never bank with them again, cancel the account and took out 28,000. But they only gave us 26 because of an overdraft fee that was made on their behalf when they wire 11,000 instead of 4,000! So yes I will take this case on very seriously and call corporate first, than I will hire an attorney for this case. If I have to put out a little more to expose this crooked bank I will be happy to do so!
