I agree with others trying to call and talk to someone is frustrating they really need to work on that.other then trying to get a hold of someone no other problems

I really miss the days of a human answering the phone. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Please bring this feature back.

Horrid bank if you win on a lottery ticket take it to Wells Fargo where they don't try and put a 7 day hold on it. Even with a membership. Rude staff. I recommend Northwoods down the road.

I have consistently had items miss posted to my accounts. That coupled with the terrible service I have received on multiple occasions. I will no longer do business here.

I have not had a bad frustrating event with them yet but every time I've gone to the atm at night it wasn't in operation. Also the ATM does not have a deposit function. A paycheck Direct deposit into account is not available right away which is annoying, instead it shows as pending. They do have free online bill pay. Applied for a loan but could not get it even with very good credit oddly. I've never had a late payment in my life.

This service is the worst you try to call and ask your balance it takes twenty minutes of listening to a recording before someone can answer to help you there has to be a better way to get thru on the phone it wouldn't be so bad but I tried calling right after leaving and there was one person in there when I left it is faster to go back in and ask. This is rediculas when you can call any other babnk in town and talk to a person in a minute

Not the brilliant local establishment it was but okay as credit unions go. Expanded business opportunities gained during the merger also are reflected in a loss of personal attention and flexibility. Hours of opperation could be better (longer) and services could be faster (they always seem understaffed now). But it's in town.
