For the most part, the bank is okay. However, recently I was charged a fee for not having funds available in my account, but there was money available and I put my paycheck in right when the bank opened the day of the charge. I spoke with an account specialist who informed me I had to speak with someone at a branch I've never been to and that they would have that person call me. It never happened, so I called myself. They were unwilling to waive the fee, which is ridiculous because I was charged for something that didn't happen.
