Bank anywhere else. It took almost 3 weeks just to set up an account. Other banks will give you the full business day to get funds in the account before they charge an overdraft fee or return a check. They don’t. Also, don’t bother signing a form allowing overdrafts because it doesn’t do anything to help. Obviously a lot of people won’t be having this problem but the next part is what frustrates me more. I’ve also been redirected to the branch manager to ask a couple simple questions the usual people couldn’t answer and I receive no response every time.
