After I saw the reviews here, I almost didn't go to get a quote - but I wanted to deal with a local business and having the opportunity to be face to face, my experience with them has been first class. They (Valinda) was very competitive, and even referred me to a title company that saved me hundreds. They only loanedvwhat I needed, and will not be selling my loan...so far...so good! I say, give them a go...
