Living in a small town about an hour away from Ft. Smith meant that my choices in super-professional, super-knowledgeable CPAs was limited. After an extensive online search, I felt totally led to give Melanie and her crew a try. And I am so glad I did! There were two years worth of taxes involving rental properties, and other complex issues, that had been COMPLETELY messed up by someone who did not know what they were doing. But Melanie and Kabee did whatever it took to straighten them all out! It might not have been easy, and there were many details that needed to be hashed out, but they worked hard and did whatever it took! I would not hesitate to trust them with ANY and all issues in the future. And they were very personable and caring as well. Will definitely trust them for years to come.

They do what they say they will do, and follow up with me to let me know they've done it. The customer portal makes electronic communication very easy, quick, and convenient.
