Feedback:

ATM IS “Temporarily” out of service 8/10 times I’ve visited. Very inconvenient when there’s only 3 MECUs in existence and the other ATM options (M&T) don’t allow you to deposit money.

Feedback:

The worst experience ever I went to withdrawal funds out of my account and the young lady told me my account was locked an she was unable to give me funds. Now any other time I go to the drive thru they would tell me the same thing then tell me to hold on they need to verify the information on my account. Not this time I had to tell the lady you need to call to verify she then said to me send me your withdrawal slip back but if the collection department is not open then I cannot give you no money out of your account. I personally think the young lady didn’t do neither because it was 10 mins before closing time. I then asked her for a balance on my car loan an she never gave me that. I can’t wait until my car is paid off so I can close this account with Mecu it can’t come fast enough.

One star lost because you open at noon and there’s always a long line to get in. The security/concierge guy is WONDERFUL though and does a fantastic job. That man truly hustles and definitely does way more than whatever he’s paid to do.

Came to open an account for my son. I could not remember his Social Security number, so to be kind to other customers waiting, I suggested that they take the customer after us and then take us right after because I would have found the information by then. The man at the front took the information but proceeded to take another customer when it was our turn. When I mentioned it, he was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He went back to the Manager and said "she said she didnt want to see that lady next" when clearly HE maintained the list. Again, this man was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Needless to say, I will NOT be opening up an account here for my son and I will be closing my account with them as well. They need to FIRE him!!

Hello, my name is Shannon and my near by mecu location was closed today. Happily when I looked up other branches the only open one available was this branch. I drove an hour out of my way to get here on time before 7pm. Sadly, it was CLOSED when I arrived; it wasn’t even 7 yet! I am extremely dissatisfied and saddened by how you choose to run your business. If you say you close at 7, don’t close down before hand. I wasn’t the only person in the parking lot that came to the only “opened” Mecu. Today I can honestly say you disappointed quite a few people. If I didn’t have to keep my car payments with mecu I’d switch over. Thanks to you being closed I am now late on my car payment and now it looks bad on me because I am in the process of buying a house. Thanks for nothing Mecu, I will no longer recommend you to anyone else.

ATM is always broken; can not go to this location and count on completing a deposit. Machine will more than likely be broken!Security is very helpful and welcoming, he gets the two stars!
