Worst customer service! My card was stolen on the weekend, and I had to wait for Monday to put a stop on it. Not a safe credit union to keep your money

This is the worse branch (East Meadow, NY). I drove almost 10 miles to get to this branch, only to find out that none of the three ATMs were accepting cash or check deposits. To make matters even worse the manager on duty on today's date and time (12/18/17 9AM) had the worst attitude about it, showed zero care and gave absolutely no answers or solutions. This experience and the lack of tellers to accept deposits, especially in a situation like this is inevitably going to drive me to close my account.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Will keep you on hold for 65 minutes... that's right 65 minutes and when you call back no one answers. The customer service reps are RUDE. Absolutely the worst bank.

Horrible branch who doesn’t know what they are talking about. Extremely rude and treated me like I have zero sense. Automatically judged me AS SOON as I walked through the door. Branch looks disgusting. I was told that I can’t be a member of the bank because I work for a staffing agency, EVEN THOUGH I KEPT STRESSING TO THE PEOPLE THERE THAT I DO NOT WORK FOR A STAFFING AGENCY. I work in the Human Resources department for a nonprofit agency.... I gave them my business card and they still did not believe me .... I will never step foot in that piece of trash place again..

MCU IS THE WORST BANK IN NY. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. THERE ARE SO MANY BANKS AROUND BUT NO TELLERS. THAT'S WHY I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF.
