Client Review on McKinsey and Company

Feedback:

Completely failing to provide any care to their employees and employees' families. Breach of duty of care. How can they provide solutions for other companies if they cannot submit the list of their insured employees to the insurance company on time ?My husband is a McKinsey employee and for 3 weeks now I am trying to sort out our medical insurance which is "in process" (due to late submission of the employees list to the insurance company) meanwhile my 8 years old daughter and I are in need of medical care and need 2 surgeries (after the accident). Multiple calls to McKinsey resulted in nothing - it is calling to a black hole.Neither HR nor department of wellbeing are responding to my calls and emails (the only thing I ask is what is our policy number so I can schedule surgeries). This is the level of McKinsey care.
