I'm probably an accountants nightmare. I'm 1099 through commissions, buy/sell my own properties, have some cash generating property on both long and short term, and generally hate all things accounting. McCay Kiddy, specifically Brook, helped sort out my quagmire and made a couple suggestions so that moving forward my accounting is easily managed, i budget appropriately and begin setting myself up for my future. Would recommend to anyone in my line of work and beyond.
