I currently have my car financed with this awful company, and I am counting down the days until I never have to deal with them again. Their representatives are completely clueless, have zero customer service skills, and just seem to hate their jobs. As a customer, they have had zero communication with me, so when an issue may arise, they get all bent out of shape when I haven't taken care of it. However, the ball is in their court, because they can't get mad over something they don't inform me of! My advice? SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS NIGHTMARE. The pathetic review score speaks for itself. And Mr. VP, you can refrain from replying. I'm not interested in your cookie cutter, generic response pretending to be interested. Instead of pressing copy/paste on here, why don't you put that effort towards turning the business around...? That would eliminate your need to monitor your terrible reviews.

Luckily I haven't had to deal with any customer service reps as I have been making all my payments online. Everything has been going smoothly so far. My only issue is that it took them months for them to receive my insurance. Which was inconvenient for both me and my insurance agent. What made me more upset was that they tried to charge me more to cover my vehicle. Esp since both my agent and I faxed over to them multiple copies of my insurance documents. But after it cleared up they did apologize for calling me so many times and after that I didnt have to deal anyone and they process my payments quickly.

I was doing some research for a car loan definitely not getting one here from MAS financial. They are on some funny business and based on their reviews here seems like 97% of them are negative and terrible. IT PAYS TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK

My husband put me down as a reference for this company so ofcourse when he had a missing payment, they would call me.They would give me all of his balance information and that if my husband called they would help him get back on track. My husband called and they told him that he should ask family members to borrow money because if he didnt pay then they would take further action (so no help at all) . One day they called me and in all honesty I didnt want to deal with them so I just hung up as soon as she said who she was. She called back and left me a rude message; then today I call them and ask what the balance was so that I could drop off the payment. I got transferred to the lady that had called me onl for her to tell me that she called me a couple days ago and I hung up on her and that she couldn't give me any balance information. ODD because she had given me that info in the past when she would call me. IDIOTS!!

This company is fraudulent and the people who answer the phone are extremely rude and SASSY ! I purchased a car one month ago for $14,000.00. I put down $7000.00. Less than one month later I am trying to pay off the loan and I'm told the balance is $10,620.00 !!! How can I accrue that much interest in less than 30 days? The young woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and couldn't answer any of my questions. I asked for a supervisor and she tried to transfer me and the call disconnected. DO NOT get a loan with this shady company. I'm going to get to the bottom of this even if I have to drive to Southern California all the way from OAKLAND !

This place is the most unprofessional place ever they have ZERO customer service they are so rude and dont no how to talk to any one on the phone i cant wait until i pay off my car note i hate when i pay my bill they still call me and ask wear the payment is even after i have payed the bill and i have to argue with them on the phone that i have payed it then on top of that they send me notes saying i owe a extra 300 dollars for insurance they put on my car when my car has insurance i contently send them the declaration from the insurance but they still do this to me every time im so sick of it i hate being disrespected every time i call and them and them not caring i hope someone reads this and helps them not to have them as there finance company

Initially, when I started my business with this company, I wouldn't give them not even 1 star, I was so disappointed with this company for so long. What changed my rating and thought about this place was the help from Ameen Behzadnia, I believe he is the VP. Not long ago, I emailed the customer service with a concern with no expectations of getting helped. I'm so glad Ameen responded to my email and helped me right away. Every time I had a questions, he responds immediately and makes sure I understand and I get the help I need. I hope they improve their customer service with more attentive people that genuinely care about their clients. Anyways, If you have an urgent problem, you should contact Ameen Behzadnia.
