Midwest Keyless costumers beware! This company has no morale compass and wool finance you with the same. Equipment I waa supposed to only be paying $3,000 in total interest has somehow magically turned into $7,000. Go anywhere but here for help.

I would give this place no stars if I could! After calling multiple times over several weeks without phone calls being returned I was finally able to speak to the most unpleasant person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with, Kim. When trying to discuss options about cancelling an agreement, I was told too bad, that was not going to happen. Although I know that I can do a buyout, which was never offered to me, I was also told that it is my fault for receiving bad service from a company that they finance equipment for, for not doing better research about them. She also informed me that I could contact a lawyer if I wanted to pursue the matter further. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Awful! Do not do business with these people! My sales rep brought Marlin to me presenting an easier payment option. A women named Randy quickly sent over the contract and required me to sign electronically without providing any physical copies of the contract until after I signed and made the commitment. Even if you read every single part of the contract, what "may or may not" be charged is not clear. Their documentation fee is astronomical considering they are charging me 19% interest. They also tried charging me "interim rent" which could not be clearly explained. I complained and they took off the charge but if I didn't they would have charged me another $400 and it wouldn't have went towards the monthly payments I agreed upon. It was in addition to the 36 monthly payment I owed! Do not work with this company but if you have to, make sure they waive your interim rent charge and lower your documentation fee.

These guys are a mess. Terrible process. Terrible communication and very very terrible customer service. William C. McCauley Jr. has been a nightmare to work with. He has made promises without any follow thru. I cant even get him to return a call or email.

"Purchased" a software product and was recommended to use Marlin Finance, their preferred and highly recommended business lending company. Paid 1st and last payment upfront. Second month I was hit with an exorbitant service fee for no apparent reason. When I refused to pay it they started threatening me. Repeatedly, they claim I've leased and not purchased the product. I plan on reporting them to my State Attorney General and have them stopped from lending to our State.

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY!! Amanda Woods is extremely rude and unprofessional, good luck if you have to deal with her! We canceled our contract by sending a letter to Marlin Leasing as we did not wish to renew, "they never received the letter" and continued to debit our account. Save yourself the headache and find a different leasing company. What they are doing has to be ILLEGAL!!

They are ripoff artists, read the fine print no matter what they say over the phone, the agent swore there was no prepayment charges, but when trying to pay off early, hit with huge fee.
